RETURN & EXCHANGE
We offer a 30-day returns and exchange policy. Any item that does not meet your requirements may can be exchanged for the same value with 30 days starting from the delivery date of the order. Please contact us within 30 days with your order number, a brief explanation of why you are returning the goods and/or exchange details. Please note we do not refund shipping fees & discounts for returns/exchange. The package must be sent back to us within 14 days after your return application approved, the shipping costs are for the customer.
If you need to return an item please fill out the customer service form. Our customer support team will send a return form with the return address to you which you have to fill out and include in the package that you are sending to us.
Please note we can only process return/refund/exchange with items in all brand new conditions, unworn, and in its original package with original labels and everything in the package. If you made a wrong decision and you want a refund or exchange the package, please contact us and keep the original package & labels on.
Please be aware that we cannot process return/refund/exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons. This policy is aiming at protecting the health of the customers. Please read our product description carefully before any purchasing.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.
